City of Ely f.c have confirmed the sales of two youth players.

Hughes and Ravencroft both signed for Knicks United F.C tonight with a pay packet of 65,000 C, which will go towards the clubs training ground and transfer budget for the new season.

"It is sad to see such young, talented players leave the club, but it was for the best. They are moving to a club with great trainers, and training facilities, and the money is much needed at the club for it's future, and development." Said, Ely boss, Brendan Rodgers.

They will leave the club with immediate affect and sign "long-term deals."
