Yes but your players will lose energy and train worse.

If players improved through games then i'd see the point, but as they dont, theres no benefit.

Surely if the youths are not playing, there is a danger that they lose morale and not train as well. If there is a reserve team playing in the lower leagues then they won't lose morale and train better. This may more than offset any disadvantage over losing energy.

No it doesn't, you can bring players on for 5 mins which keeps morale up and fitness levels at their maximum, playing full matches will not help their fitness, hence theres no upside to a reserve league the way i see it.

I wasn't thinking of advantages or disadvantages, just thinking it might make the game more fun and interesting as we'd be running Two teams. Like I said, just an idea.

Lol.....many managers don't seem to find playing games fun ...its all about making profit on players....

should be extended to ALL players.

Like B Teams as well for those who are unhappy.
