Ground Repairs

My little ground holds 3700, hardly massive and hardly massive income from it, yet repairs cost me 27,000 a day, that's 189,000 a week or season if you like, that's absolutely ridiculous really, it's far too much and it's stopping me from wanting to go bigger which I would like to, I dread to think what it costs you lot with the big grounds, probably for one stand the same I pay a week.
I do think this needs looking at as I couldn't see any team with a ground my size survive in the real world with those costs.

Only repair when the condition falls below 80% there's no reason to do otherwise

But I thought the costs got higher the longer you leave it.

They do get higher, but they don't degrade that fast. And the labor costs is pretty much all you are paying for, that is the constant cost for each stand.. so that 27k you are spending each day could be better spent as maybe 40-70k every other week and only one time.. attendance is not effected until the conditions fall below 80%

I spend about 225k every other week on a 20k stadium.

OK I'll do that then, thanks

Best doing it daily with a small ground like mine, that way it costs nowt.

+1. I only ever do it when it gets to 80% and starts to affect attendance otherwise you pay extra labour as far as I am aware if you are doing it daily, as already stated.

I've only got a small ground, if I leave it I have to pay, if I do it daily it costs nothing.
