Player values

Can someone point me in the direction of some information on player values smiley

Particularly young players
Cheers big ears

Maybe I needed to be a little more specific. What I’m after if what makes a players actual value... not his transfer value.

Is it all based on stats? Rating? Is training taking into account?

A Large part of the system valuation of a player is based on his (hidden to us) "future Potential".
