Could this be an idea, where you could loan money from Banks within the game, they all have variable rates and conditions that you must follow.
This would help smaller teams get up the ladder a lot quicker, they would be able to pay money for lot better facilities and players.
To stop bigger clubs from abusing the system loans could be restricted once you start earning so much in a season or your club value exceeds a certain amount.
We wouldn't want bigger teams taking out further loans that only make them stronger, but supporting the lower teams with some loans of which must be paid back or take a certain percentage of your income from matches? Loans could be handled like the sponsorship does currently?
