seem to be in a bit of a stalemate at the moment any suggestions to maybe improve greatly appreciated, whether it may be trainers players formation etc?

If you want to progress quicker, then player flipping is really the only way.
You dont have the TF to train players for big profits imo and gate receipts and prize money will take you an age to get credits.
