Probably anywhere between 50,000 - 300,000 credits. He needs that Talent distinction tho.
His face value wouldn't be too far off, that said, you can pick these types of player up for 1c, sometimes its just hit or miss on a sale.
You dont need the talent distinction at all, it doesnt add value, you can get borderline talents for 1c.
