One extreme train and that was last night and last week I had a rough week all my players dropped, watch him sustain better than what you think

If you don't believe me have a look at my two youth Keepers and my two WK forwards them 4 I have had the longest you will see the drop last week in training.

And it was only one extreme train the first huge train was on hard
