logo rejection

I recently had a logo rejected for below violation:
Logos and banners must not contain any words or numbers except for the name or abbreviation of the club name, and the founding year of the club. Words that have relevance to the founding of the club are allowed – such as "Founded", "Since", "Established" etc.

my club name is Birmingham CFC
the only text I used was 'BCFC' and '2019'

can anyone suggest where I went wrong?

Your club was established in 2016 therefore on the logo it should be 2016 instead of 2019

OK, so I made that change and still no good, is it because I have used a 3D image?

If you could post the logo here then maybe I will be able to work out the problem

For some reason when I tried to overwrite the previous save when I changed the image it wouldn't work, so after I saved it as a new image the upload was accepted. Thanks for trying to help though.
