15yr old Talent

I'm new to the game and was looking for advice on the following talent I bought. Is he worth holding onto, will I be able to sell for good cash?

He's the lowest tier of talent, may well lose his talent status at some point as he's right on the borderline. On the lower training grounds, you can't add any value to a player over the longer term so you'll never sell anyone you have kept for a while for decent cash until you have upgraded training grounds several times.
