Too complex to implement. And would cause alot of disgruntlement. But keep the ideas coming. If the game had more developers, this wouldn't be a bad idea

Not a good idea in my opinion.

Say ive spent years and actual money playing this game, building up a club, then im sacked from the club i created, i can tell you now, nobody would pay a penny if that was the case, and the game would go under.

I agree you work hard on building a club up then go up a league too soon and lose all your games then get sacked i would have left.

Who would take the club tho? Then all clubs should be independent and seeking for new managers...
