What were they?

No idea and I think they left it in incase they went back to it at a later date ...I think I read that somewhere

Should link them to improving players mental abilities quicker eg more experienced the manager, the more wisdom you pass on

Having a level would be kind of cool, earning XP similar to how vifa points are rewarded (obviously without the reset). Wouldn't mean anything, but would've been a neat feature
