Do I repair my stadium?

Hi, I've got a rookie question here.

Upon login-in I'm always reminded that "The condition of your senior squad stadium has fallen below 80 percent. Because of this the squad is losing spectators until you repair the stadium."

My stadium condition is currently 68%... But I'm not filling my stadium anyway due to being in the lower leagues, is it still worth the costs of repairing it at this stage?

You should just buy a new one in Milton Keynes

Or, more helpfully, click Stadium on Clubhouse page and then click on the stand(s) you want to repair.
Better condition = bigger crowds, so I'd say it's useful to keep them up.
