vm premium purchase not going through?

ive just tried to purchase VM Premium and its not working i do have the money and my card is working because i bought something else online not long ago? someone please help im so confused???

i had the same issue, close your browser and reopen, i kept going onto the receipts and it showed nothing but then allowed me to access premium features
