Best training exercises

Just come back to the game after a long time away and was wondering what are the best exercises for each player position? Also what intensity for the first team? Also do i need a trainer for them.

There is no magic trick, just go with common sense for each position.
you need trainer and change the trainings,but most importantly is the players potential, the higher the better. generally train on Hard as long as at the end of the day you have 90 energy left otherwise reduce and maybe add more stamina training, depending on league level and player skills.
Also remember that training over 15% average you start having training penalty,
