Scottish League

just back today so forgive me if this has been explained before (i have tried googling/looking at the blogs & through forum)

I've noticed that for some reason Scotland is the only active league i have no application button for, what's the crack?

I've checked every other league both on laptop and on my phone.

now I have joined a league I can now apply to change league to Scottish, odd.

it seemed to have accepted a request to join Scotland (from a year ago or so i presume)
so i could not apply for a auto start.

thanks, always get a hankering to re-check the game out when work life permits the time, seems to be less and less noise in the forum every time, can be a blessing just as much as a worry tbh.
