reinstating my sides

Apologies if this has been covered.

Due to a small squad, my sides were taken out of the leagues.

How do i get them back in?

Wait till next season I`m afraid. You can play a load of friendlies though.

Just apply to join a league it should put you right back into a league

I genuinely don't know how to pick a league?

Click on the country you want to join (above link is European leagues) and then click on the blue "Join league" button

I see nowhere on that page that says Join League

Left hand side when you scroll down, it's in blue
