Physio upgrade

Hallo, and a very happy Sunday to each and every one of you.

I was just wondering if you could answer a quick question, thank you please?

I had an injured player. If I upgrade to 'Doctors' right now is it likely that his injury time will decrease immediately or would I need to have already had the 'Doctors' upgrade prior to his injury?

Edit: just to add that I know that I could upgrade to Vman lab and would be able to pay to reduce his injury. I was just hoping that an upgrade to 'Doctors' may reduce the time instantly.

EDIT: I Believe that it will still reduce the injury time
