The matter was sorted.
Sorry if it took longer than expected.

We are having ongoing issues with Paypal where they "forget" to inform us about a payment went through and therefore we do not get the notification to activate the premium for players.
This takes time to handle, since it not only has to go through me, but also the developers, each time we hear of this issue.
During the weekend requests can take longer to process, but in all cases you will either be fully refunded or receive the premium for all days.

got the same problem paid premium got nothing
