training influences

Hi Guys can you help me out with a querry please ?

Does it makes a difference to your training how many players you have in the sqaud or one training group with one trainer etc ?

As far as I'm aware, no, it does't matter ....possibly should though?

I believe not too.
But, I can't direct you to anything specific to back this up.
