Trainers and scouts monopoly!

So it seems as though the whole staff search page has been made redundant, by one club who has found a way to secure all the best scouts and trainers.

I recently spent some hours going through 000's of trainers looking for a 20 - 20 trainer. I have done this in the past with success a number of times. However now one club will hire them as soon as they are available and apparently release them later and publicise it on his Forum. This forum is in Danish! and not easy to find unless you have access to the danish forums.

The whole element of work hard for reward has been replaced with luck. If you know about his forum and happen to be online when he publishes a trainer then you can get a 20 - 20 for no work. Otherwise no ammount of hard work will get you the reward of a 20 - 20 trainer. I didn't even find a 19 - 20 in my search of some hours.

This is very bad for the game. I see some clubs with lots of the best trainers, and others who don't know, having no chance of ever getting one.

Surely this can't continue?

So it's now fine to have two teams and use the second team to purchase all the trainers?

I don't understand the two teams slur and how is it market manipulation.

For example if I setup a team to compete in the lower leagues and to purchase all the good scouts so my opponents can't find any/very few

I'm just saying it doesn't sound healthy. I was hoping someone like you could explain to me as the pros and cons to allowing this.

You even admit you don`t know what you`re talking about. The manager in question doesn`t even keep the trainers he finds. He`s doing us a favor by finding them for us, then posting them for ANYONE to take. One just has to be online at the right time to score one of these trainers. Simply subscribe to his post and you`ll have as much chance as anyone else of landing one. We should be thanking him for doing the work, not falsely accusing him of cheating for his advantage.
