Dennis did change a bit in the numbers so they should generate more often compared to before but would ofcause take some time before we would really see the difference. Other than that I think the reason why not to change it any further for the moment is because he is planning a change to the whole staff search thing.

When that is going to happen is currently unknown.

Yes, and this is how we know that a further adjustment to create substantially more, would take little if any extra effort. Along with the "giveaway" at new year when hundreds of top quality trainers were handed out en masse overnight ...
And so far as changing the staff search goes, that's great, but however the search is configured, you can only find he staff that are there. If nothing is done to increase the numbers, this issue will still continue

another solution which should be easy to implement remove the requirement of outfield for youth players from trainers , obviously the demand for 20-20 trainers will remain high however no club will miss out on youth trainers who are top level

I think Dennis did do some to increase the number, but I might remember wrong.
It's probably very easy to up the number, but I don't think Dennis is going to do is as he is planning to change the whole staff search setup. But again, when that will be done I have no idea.
