Generally, a positive update in reverting back to the previous individual players settings in whatever form. However, the staff search issue is more prevalent than any other factors it just does not work in the present form the majority are still useless and you could find better with ease when you could access the staffing pages. As I mentioned previously this can be over come easily by issuing every club with premium a set number that can be activated has a club progresses within the game these staff don't retire and every club paying premium will be on a level footing throughout without the senseless lottery system now being deployed.

Onto substitutions these need updating in tactics.,
subs player placement at the moment you can only take off a like for like player without being a negative for instance you take off a forward whilst defending a winning margin the sub, let's say an extra defender will automatically go into a forward position not into a defensive role makes zero sense and actually is a negative in the present form this needs fixing before spending your precious time increasing the number of subs allowed in a match.

Has the graphics quality for the viewable game replay been changed/reduced? My first and second strips have stripes but the images now just show a single colour shirt on my players, Not happy about that as I had to pay a lot to reinstate my stripes as you chose to delete them and give me plain tops when I came off VM Pro despite me having striped tops before I started paying for VM Pro, something I am still not at all happy about.

PS If you have changed the graphics resolution so that stripes can no longer be shown in the replays, please will you reinstate me the 919,000 credits you made me pay to reinstate my striped shirts?

A suggestion regarding the new player pictures would be to match the jersey colors they are wearing with the club colors. It is strange to see players with red, black, green shirts that have nothing to do with the club colors.
I think the auction page looks a little too spread out now, some people may prefer it but personally I'd love a "compact" mode that removes the player images
Something that might be nice to consider for tactics as the new ones roll out is a "Copy Tactic" button, especially as people build out tactics in the new system. I can see a world where I want to experiment with the same formation and different playstyles and that would be a useful feature for speeding up the process.
Overall though seeing a roadmap is a big step up for the game and I'm looking forward to experimenting a bit more with tactics in future.
