Hi,

Returned after a few years, and want to get back into VM.

Is there any guides in relation to training. IE, a list of exercises, what they train, alongside maybe the key attributes for value increase/position requirement. I know it will be pretty common sense and straight forward; IE - Defender main attributes, tackling, etc. However thought to ask to see if there are any topics that have been raised previously.

(I know i can go in to the training and make my own list individually, however you never know)

I know it will also be a case of preference, however keen to see what is out there.
