Now 182 Average on Orange after 3 trains. Any idea of value as don't want to make a big mistake here!
I tend to put 10-15 progress points on each training level, could be wrong but that’s what I do. Meaning in the top facility he would be averaging over 200. Initially I was going to say around £20m as I thought he was very good. Just did a scout check on him though snd my scout says he is ‘ok’.
My scout has good abilities but not sure what he is talking about here. I would’ve thought he would’ve got at least a promising. Wait ti see what training he gets next because I still think 15-20m.if my scout is right then it’s a lot less.

I think I need to sack my scout because he rated that one I got for 500k higher.

Yeah but that’s not right unless he has a sudden dip in training, and all the previous ones were just flukes.
My scouts said reasonable, but that was also day 1. If the high trains keep up, I would anticipate seeing some reasonable bids, but the scout reads with “ok” and “reasonable” will undoubtedly keep most the higher bidders away. These next 2 trains will have a very large impact on what kind of value he can get. If the 3rd train is the lowest he had at the end, 10+ shouldn’t be out of the question, but those scouting reports will likely make people hesitant to bid much higher.

That 3rd and 4th train make me wonder if he didn’t hit his upper limit on the first 2 trains. Especially that 4th train, very pedestrian compared to the others. OP should be praying for 160+ on the last train to hold on to at least some value. I don’t think I’d go over 2-3 million as he sits right now with the scouting reports. Without the scouting reports, I think 10 mil would have been pretty easy with a decent last train.
