I have a player. Mickhael uruzadze or something like that (I’m doing this on my phone not laptop so can’t copy the link).
He’s been averaging over 200 training but his overall rating is only 51. I’ve got other players who don’t train as well as him (Dursee Ayush is one) that have a far better overall rating. Ayush is a striker so I train him on striker training after letting him do overall training for a while. Uruzadze ( or something like that) is a midfielder so I’ve been more general in the training but have sometimes tried to put him on attack or Defense training. His skills stats are almost on a par with the others but overall rating is so much less.
When you put a player on specialist training for their position why does their overall rating seem to go up more than when you put them on general training?
