What would the supporters think

With your current squad, are you over or underachieving?
I'd say I am probably achieving expectations right now for the squad

However after 13years of failure I think there would be a clamour to sack me

Ofcourse there will be some people who are excellent at squad building and generating cash and poor at tactical side of game. And vice versa

Overall happy I'd like to think.

They probably compared me to Daniel Levy at Spurs for 10 years as I was focusing on building up the balance more so than performance on the pitch. However, the major trophies have started to roll in over recent months.

I probably should have won more league titles with the squad 29-30 years old, but happy to capture 2 VM World Cup and a Super Cup.

I presume they are pretty miffed though at having the team relocate from Scotland to England to Scotland and back to England again over the last 2 months...costly to follow their team smiley

I'm actually very good to my fans.
I lay on free coach travel to our domestic away games and our celebration parties are legendary! :

On the other hand, I do think the squad are underachieving, and have been for tears now.
That is probably down to my lack of tactical nouse - but please don't tell anyone that ... smiley

As I have no current squad (except the 1x15yo bought recently) the fans would expect a return from holiday :-)
To be fair I've left the game just before my team reach the height of their strength so the best achievement as a top 7 or something like that in the first division...
vifa #79 was the highest I've reached so maybe a top 20 in the future is in the cards if the new ME/tactics changes get implemented.

They would be getting increasing frustrated by being a yo yo club jumping between division 3 and 4. And also starting to protest about their very average manager missing too many training sessions.

My fans probably think I'm Mikel Arteta 2.0, consistently 2nd-4th every season for 9 seasons on the bounce

I’d like to think my fans are rather happy with the current youth squad situation, they haven’t really been given much of a senior squad at any point, so seeing the youth squad develop into their current form with hopes of taking over D1 again in the next month or two would be nice. They’ve been here for cups and league titles before, so they know it’s just a matter of time before more repeats.

With the club having seven 6 place finishes in the past 10 seasons and most recently achieving promotion finishing second.
The fans are happy but with this season I would think they expect more.

Players not turning up for games and signing for other teams on our days off have been problematic this season.

Think we need to be more proactive in recruitment and attaining players.

Assume they'd be disappointed with their team being named after a mediocre meme as well?

Potentially out of pocket too if they were pushed to invest in the namesake cryptocurrency!
