Is it possible to develop Talents into womderkids on Large Training Facility?

Just wondering as I am managing to maintain my youths talent status but as they progress in age obviously they can lose their talent distinction. Can they go on to gain wunderkind status from this ground?

They can, but it’s not about a training average like talent status is. WK status is reaching a certain rating for each individual age from 17-22. Once they move to the next age group, they must then meet the criteria for that age group. I don’t recall what the number is for 22, but 17 is 24, 18 is 31, 19 is 38, 20 is 44 and 21 is 50-51. It’s not guaranteed to happen the first day they reach these ratings as the wk is technically a top x percent of the age group, those are just the numbers that the top x percent line is usually at. Class and world class distinctions work similarly as being a top x percent of all players, class is roughly 84 and world class is around 91-92. The main difference between wk distinctions and class/world class distinctions is that once a player reaches the class and world class distinction, they don’t lose it unless their stats drop back below the top x percent of players.

Note: I use top x percent as I don’t recall the exact figures for these numbers despite them being written in the forums somewhere. These numbers are known, but I don’t bother myself with knowing everything.

Thanks that's kind of the information I was searching for.

Let's see if I have the capabilities to create a wunderkind.

I only asked as I managed to get 2 long term youths in to the U17 teams so next target is the elusive Wonderkid status.

I say not.
Every time you train on LTF the players are losing ground against those being trained on the top facilities.
Therefore when you're looking for them to be in the top %age of their peers, the longer they're on LTF the further behind they are getting.
You might get one eventually, buy over time it will be hard IMO.

National U17 or U23 players aren’t anything special unless they are from way overpopulated countries. Usually small countries like Faroe Islands for example, have player make those U17 teams that don’t even make talent level trains.

Also, wk status is not elusive at all, but you should definitely not chase it with your ground because it will be a losing endeavor for you. While you can develop players with your ground, you should avoid chasing the players capable of reaching wk. they will be far too expensive for you and you will only lose money (yes, seriously, I learned this the hard way before). At your ground, you should be working on the players you can get for 100k up until maybe 1 mil, spending anything more is just wasteful for a long term trainer. Feel free to flip youths or seniors, but spending anything more on a player you want to develop is a losing endeavor.
