Flipping Players

Hi all, I am wondering about flipping players, I get the concept but lost on where to start, I know nobody will want to give away there strategies but was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on certain types of players or age ranges to focus on.

I got a boost in credits from VM Premium so building a older age decent team to get me started on the pitch but think I'd have a bit to start flipping some players.

Probably not as much use to an experienced manager like your good self,
but, check your mail and make of it what you will smiley
