You can delete the header in the training routine you set up exercise 1, exercise 2, etc then enter
Senior 20 or whatever attributes he may have - Youth 20 to the trainer you have selected then repeat same applies to all staff instead of Senior swap for Keeper 19 - Youth 20. Trainers there are 3 attributes that matter use you own abbreviations for these select training routine and save then you know who is who and thier stats . Afterwards all you need too do is change the training routine or players from group to group depending on your own free will .
