Scout Report Reliability

Are scout reports after a first training session accurate? Have done 3 with the same scout and they've given me 3 different reports for my players

I think you've answered your own question ...

How many trains would it take then for a scout's report to be more reliable?

Its the one aspect of the game that I have no clue about

It doesn't matter how many times you scout, it's important also when you scout... read for more details, and there is always a 4-5% random in report regardless of what is based on
