Stadium repairs bugged?

I'm unsure if it's a bug but I got the 'stadium' is below 80 percent and losing spectators notification about 3 weeks ago

I didn't repair at the time as I saw my spectators were still exactly the same

It's now in the 50% range and still 100% attendance, full match revenue, no lost credits

Does it have anything to do with the amount of supporters you have or is it not intended to work like this?

Yeah. That’s a big 100%. You should be losing capacity when it falls below 80%. It’s not a matter of supporters or anything like that, just the capacity should be dropping as the conditions continue to drop.

I figured it would 100% be a bug, not that i'm complaining smiley , thanks for the clarification

Figured i'd mention it as it could be of use to others too, especially as it won't be fixed for about 3 years in all likeliness smiley

I suspect that it's more likely that in fact so many more fans want to attend your matches but can't because your stadium is too small.
I would expect you to fill a 20,000 seat stadium being top of the league.
If 20,000 do want to attend, but the condition of your stadium is so poor that half of them then stay away, that still leaves 10,000 wanting to be there - so you still fill your 7,100 capacity.
If I'm right, you're losing out big time by not having sufficient seats & you need to upgrade your stadium as a matter of urgency (and then maintain it smiley ).

I can’t even refute this because there’s nothing written that explicitly describes how the condition affects attendance aside from it will be progressively less. Doesn’t describe how it would be less and i believe many people just believe it to be a certain way. I do know that continuing to ignore the condition of the stadium will eventually leave you with so few supporters that it will eventually get to fewer than 1k in attendance.

Upgrading the stadium capacity is probably the best answer from here instead of just repairing since the upgrade automatically repairs once completed. But definitely leaving money on the table with only 7100 capacity when you could probably even be filling up 25-30k seats.

Thank you both of you for the advice

I’ve upgraded to a 15,300 seater as that’s all the budget can stretch to at the moment and I’ve repaired the other areas for now, I’m really struggling with understanding a balancing act when it comes to upgrade priority on the game currently

I’m so confused whether I should prioritise upgrade stadium, training facilities or anything else whilst as the same time wanting the money for flipping, it’s quite overwhelming

I completely understand the need for the upgrade if I’m leaving that many credits on the table though

As for being top of the league, how I am actually top of the league I don’t know, my team is pretty dire

Honestly your priorities will switch up so frequently upon reaching certain goals. Like your stadium is probably something you can do between training facilities up to 20k after STF and then going beyond 20k after hitting PTF or WCTF. Physio is a complete waste if you aren’t WCTf and spending at least 10-15 million per youth to train from 15-24 and literally never use it for seniors because it’s super expensive for them. Some people like switching to specific goals for the duration, but I feel that during the climb from STF to the top you will generally have better players and be able to play in better senior leagues and not being able to capitalize on bringing in 100-140k per game is just throwing money away from a growing program. If you are filling the stadium at 20k and 6-7c you should absolutely be in the country cup or whatever cups you can get into because even a single extra home game per week can mean 100k+ extra income.

Right now I’m just maintaining my position in MLS with my senior squad and profiting 7-8 million per week on tickets alone. 64k stadium selling out at 7c per game bringing in just under 450k per game. 20k stadium was actually perfect for D3-4 attendance but once I hit D2 I needed more (30-45k seats here) and then i eventually pushed to 64k seats for MLS and have been enjoying the profits here for a few months. Had nothing in the bank after some player upgrades and stadium repairs nearly 3 weeks ago and now have 21 million strictly from tickets and prize money.

In the long term, the profits will all add up for you, but you need to be proactive for making your way up. It’s very possible to move up quickly, and it’s more about how much time you are willing to put in while you grind your way up to where you can make substantial profits without making much effort at all.

Amazing thank you, I've just sold a player so i've upgraded my Stadium to 20,000 capacity now, I think i've been looking at things the wrong way, i've been calculating stuff like 'How long will this take to pay off' which I calculated at about 7-9 weeks per seat which is why I was actively delaying it

If i'm being honest I wasn't expecting to be progressing this fast either, I got moved to division 2 and presumed I'd instantly get relegated, every season i've still been thinking 'im going to get relegated'

I sold out a 15.4k at 8 credits but only got 12k something at 9 credits so I think ill start 20k at 7c or something
