Trainers retiring?

Apologies if this is stated somewhere already, but do trainers retire and if so at what age?

I have just done my first run of seeking a trainer and the best one seems to have the lowest sign on bonus and also the lowest daily wage. However has 10+ years on three of the other ones?

I've not seen a definitive answer to this question - which has been posed before, ...
but, I believe probably 60yrs onwards, with some reaching nearly 70.

I’ve had 4 retire on me now and each of them was 62 when they announced.
