Why so many players quit this game - without P2W

So i have noticed many players have quitted the game and 95% of those have come from players who didnt pay P2W. During my time playing the game so far, I noticed why this occurs, the reason is due to money and biddings and many more. Wouldnt it be nicer for a less p2w game - like try to introduce more ways of money and stuff?

You have only been playing the game for 1 day. Suggest giving it a proper go first before giving your insights.

This is not a p2w game, ive played for 20 years either you like the game or not..

yeah you pay for playing, 2 get better stadium and better training.. p2w is of you could buy money or paying less for better players

Sad to hear you dont enjoy the game

1 Better stadium has limits - u need to upgrade (p2w) to get more better stadiums.
2. You need money for better training and players which u mostly need p2w for.
3. You should clearly know the games bad side then if u played 20 years? Also you got a subscription so clearly it's easier for you. Try going without it for 20 years perhaps?

It is p2w, but at the price it is I think your complaints are invalid. One takeaway meal is probably 3 months of subscription..

There are many who have stayed on some of the lowest facilities and managed to flip players to achieve better.

I understand the prices are cheap but it doesnt remove the fact its p2w. My reason for this topic is to ask whether yall think there should be more yk less p2w features and stronger ways of making money so that many people dont quit. (Also saying am a newbie doesnt remove the fact since I am saying based on what I seen so far)

No it shouldn't, the game can stay active cause of their ad revenue and subscriptions - see any game that has last over 20+ years, they aren't doing that by not actively having a monetary system in game.

New players expect too much too soon, like any game you need to put the time and effort in to be able to compete with those that have been playing longer than you.

Whether or mot you feel this game is P2W is your own opinion.

The way I think it should be thought of is that like anything else online that is worth doing / enjoyable, there is likely to be a cost to it one way or another. So, yes it is.

To get to the very top of this game you do need Premium or Pro.
A couple of managers have got their senior team into a top Division, but I'm not aware of anyone having won any trophies - other than the NCC which has been done - without it.

I prefer to think of the free to play lower end / starter option as exactly that. - A chance to taste the game to see whether you like it or not.
The fact that you can play on forever without contributing to the development of the game in my opinion is actually very generous.

If you want a free for everyone forever game, create and run it yourself. Let everyone else play for nothing while you invest serious time and your own money into it.

If you like this game, decide whether you will get sufficient extra enjoyment from paying a subscription.
If so, pay to keep it running, if not, feel free to freeload your account and be happy to do so.

There is no right or wrong answer, but without enough subscribers the game will close and no-one will enjoy it any more.

I agree with most of this. But all I am just saying is that how it's a bit annoying how you have to pay just to reach the top level (I know it's common but would be nice for a change)
