How did you upgrade training facilities?

I'm starting to get to the point where I can upgrade to LTF (10m credits), but I don't know whether to go back to beginning player wise or wait until I have more like 15-20m total club finance ( I'd say i'm about 8-9 million now, as not every player would sell for value, so 5-6m for my 8m value team and 3m in bank ).

How did you upgrade your facilites? Did you sell up and start again or did you wait until you had extra?

It depends on what your goal is and what you wanna do with your training facility. LTF wont be enough for talent development on a long term basis, however its typically considered the minimum for the short term development of 21-24 year old players. Generally u should have at least 10 million in the bank before upgrading your training facility imo.

I've just upgraded to PTF and my squad was around the 50 million mark. I sold up made 48.5 million off player sales. Had money in the bank but maybe 5 million. So I upgraded and spent 3 million on youth makers and pulled a first team off the transfer market. I am now training and selling youths and reinventing that way. 100 million for the world class training facility and I hope to achieve that by the end of this year.

So its up to you but that's the route I went and I am finding some enjoyment with the way its going.

Best of luck and I would personally always upgrade training facilities if you have the money. It isn't hard to make money in this game if youre smart enough.
