When does all the league update happen now then?

Ive noticed that there are no fixtures and Ive had a mail from someone saying that they have applied for a new country but are still in their old country. I assume this will update later on also? At 19:00 perhaps?

I've not lost any talents (good, cos they both had abyssmal training last week), and one's changed into a WK. Hoping for at least a 4 million value jump tonight if not more =]
