HD is correct! Always save it as a PNG rather than a JPEG for a transparent Background. I had the same problem but Toro Rojo pointed that out to me.

Semi-Related Question: is VM Premium required for me to have a logo and banner? In Other words if I were to change my Logo/Banner would I lose it due to no longer having VM Premium?
