I cant take credit for working them out mate, I got them off a danish crew member. Somewhere towards the bottom of my profile I have how to calculate rating using the figures you posted and it works for every player I've ever tried it on.
Have only got my phone so I can't check these 'new' figures now but I don't see how they can possibly be right.

While higher rated players (compared to players with 1 or 2 or whatever rating lower) will sell more when searching for a particular age on the transfer market, most times, it's the players training which makes buyers buy and personally, as players get older, I for one, am not convinced that a 99 rated player plays much better than a +80 rated player.

Checked the keeper figures and they actually DO work out.
