I believe there are somewhere in the region of 15, the most obscure being the Bose-Einstein condensate, which occurs at a fraction of a degree above absolute zero and which the molecules try to reduce their own energy to zero. (Remembered from a long ago reading of the QI Book of General Ignorance!)
