Delayed season update

If you tried to access Virtual Manager Sunday evening, you experienced that the weekly season update was delayed.

An technical error in our season update scripts caused some parts of our database to become corrupted/inconsistent. We restored the data as fast as possible, and reran the season update script.

All data is now restored and the season update procedure has been executed without problems. Some users might experience duplicates in their inbox. You can ignore all system mail sent between 5pm and 6pm (GMT).

Regarding players auctions we have assessed, that it would be most fair if all auctions that expired between 5pm and 9:30pm was extended by 24 hours.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. As a compensation we will sent out 24 hours of VM premium to all paying clubs.
