Participate in our December game: Takeoff!

Dear friends,

Each December for the last five years, we have published a new mini game. These games have always meant to be an "extra game" we all could enjoy besides Virtual Manager.

It is now time for this year's game: Takeoff. In this game you must create the world's largest airline. Make money from ticket sales and purchase greater and bigger planes. We developers, have looked forward to play the game for quite a while, and we hope you will enjoy it also.

There are two ways to win Takeoff: economic and strategic.

[b]Economic[/b]
You win [b]the economic victory[/b] by having the airline with the highest value. You should go for victory in this game mode if you are the type of gamer that likes clicking away and speedy gameplay.

[b]Strategic[/b]
You win [b]an strategic victory[/b] by having the airline with the highest value divided by number of flights. You must however, have at least 5 flight on average per day. You should go for victory in this category if you are the strategic gamer type, who likes to spend long time pondering your next move.

An airline's value is calculated like this: balance (how many Credits you have) + the sale price of all your planes.

The game ends December 24th at 11:00am.

And of course, no December game without prizes. The best players in each of the before mentioned game modes will win:
1. place: 360 days of VM Premium + 100 VM Tickets
2.-3. place: 180 days of VM Premium + 50 VM Tickest
4.-5. place: 90 days of VM Premium + 25 VM Tickets

The game is designed in such a way, that is fun playing even though you are not among the largest airlines. So do consider enjoying the game in your own relaxed tempo. At least, that is what I am going to do :)

Besides, we have made et super easy to compete only with your friends - but that you will probably learn more about when the game starts :)
