Minor outage Tuesday at noon

Today at noon we lost the connection to the hosting center in which our servers are located. This caused Virtual Manager (and hundreds of other websites) to be unavailable.

The hosting center staff were on the case immediately. Around 11:18am the error was found and fixed. Unfortunately we lost the connection again around 11:35. Around 20 minutes later it was once again reestablished.

At the moment, we have very details on the cause of the outage. We believe it was due to an error in the hosting center's primary router.

Since we could not get in contact we the servers in the period, we could not pause the auctions. If you have lost any anything during the outage, please contact support and describe your loss. Then we will fix you a compensation.

We know have incredibly annoying it can be when a website is unavailable. We're are extremely sorry you had to experience this! In corporation with our hosting center people do everything we can to avoid this from happening again in the future.

UPDATE: At 12:25 we lost the connection for a couple of minutes. Reestablished now. We will not be reactivating auctions and contract expiry until we are absolutely sure everything is working properly.

UPDATE 2: All auctions ending before 15:40 has been postponed with three hours. The auction system will be reenabled when we are sure everything runs stable again. Hopefully, this will be within the next hour.
