We want more women!

As most of you know, we are currently working on improving the overall layout of Virtual Manager. In this regard, we asked ourselves: How can we make Virtual Manager appeal to more users?

We realized that we until now haven't really focused much on attracting women to the site. Therefore, we started discussing how we could make Virtual Manager more interesting for women. We probably won't be able to get as many female managers as we have male managers, but since only 4% of our users today are women, something needs to be done!

As a result, we have decided that Virtual Manager is going to have a slightly more feminine look - a look that appeals to women.

Now, we know most boys/men won't like this at first sight. However, are research indicates that you actually get used to the new colors rather fast.

We would of course like to hear your opinion on the new layout, but we also hope you will try it out before making your final judgement. And after all, more women on the site wouldn't hurt, would it? :)
