Version 2.1.8: Time zone support and tutorials!

Virtual Manager version 2.1.8 will be released in a couple of weeks.

Among other things it will include time zone support and a tutorial system. Time zone support lets you select your local time zone so that all times on the site will be shown accordingly.

The tutorial system targets new users and teaches them how to perform simple tasks such as joining a league, sending a friendly match invitation, and signing players from the free transfer list.
