trainer ability ratings

Will a trainer on a high wage do any better than a cheaper one if their coaching ability in a particular discipline is the same ?

Could take a bit of searching but there are cheaper ones out there.

Also keep a look out on here it is Danish scout/trainer page sometimes they post ones available.
