Youth Players?

Hi

Can somebody please help me, can you explain what I am meant to do with Youth Players?

Do I need special Trainers to help increase their worth?

Is this the 15 year olds you have I take it?

Train them without a trainer and if they train well then sell them after 5 trains...if they train poorly then sack them off...

When you train your squad, do they also do any exercises that I have set up?

i would say not to worry about exercises as they wont do anything for your players without a trainer. also dont worry about trainers as they wont be beneficial to you until you get to at least a gold star training facility.
