Is anybody able to help me with a ballpark figure for this player?

There's no doubt about that but to get over 30 million, next 2 trains would have to be like the 1st train in my opinion...last 2 trains bit poor on extreme for 30m minimum I think

Out of interest, how do you know if he was trained on extreme or not?

I guess we'll have to see how it turns out then. TBH I think the second train was poor for all my players that day

Are you denying he wasn't trained on extreme? I can tell by his energy level for one. Anyway, yes, we will have to see how it turns out but personally, I wouldn't give 30m as it stands and yes, the second train was poor but not for all of your players...I can see one of your other talents trained better than Russel.
