Does mean that my player will be injured for his career and no he won't chance of healing?

No, I believe it means they haven't reached an estimate time scale he will be injured for, most likely be a couple of days at the most.

You can't see how long he will be injured for because you haven't upgraded your Physio dept

I had player injured last week and it say he was injure for 3 days.

But okay. I will try save for this physio.

I think he means you should have already upgraded your stadium. Certainly before you start thinking about buying physios etc.

Upgrading your stadium = earning more money
Buying a physio = Losing more money for little benefit
