Are player wage demands going down or am I imagining it/getting lucky?

I was thinking the same thing today but I'm not 100% sure. I saw this player who is 16 and 9 days away from his 17th birthday called Wan-soo Rim seeking wages of 3c. Cant list him as he is on market.

I think your older players will be seeking a much higher wage demand the next time as i see you have reached the prem after successfully getting promoted a few seasons on the trot where their wage demands would be lower.
