Please help wirth young training

Do you know, if I train young players I need a coach with only 20 in young or 20 young 20 outfield. and correctly I understand that 20 young work up to 23 years for players. ty

For youth outfielders, you need both 20 in youth and 20 in outfield unfortunately.

Of course, goalies need 20/20 in youth/keeper.

I will sometimes take a 19/20 trainer at the right price.

Your last 3 trainers are useless, let their contracts expire and look for new ones or ask in the dedicated topic on the forum.
